All orders are despatched by first class post from the UK within 1 working day.
Shipping charge of £2.50 is added to the order at checkout for the first item. Added items to the cart are only charged at £1 each
Customers should receive their order within 3 to 5 working days but some countries it may take a little longer.
All goods are fully guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase/delivery against failure due to a manufacturing fault. In the unlikely event of a claim under guarantee simply return the item to us with the purchase details and we will exchange it without delay.
This guarantee does not cover damage to, or failure caused by the purchaser.
Should on receipt the order be damaged please notify us straight away by e-mail.
If after 10days you have not received your order we will carry out a trace and if necessary send the order again.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
Privacy Statement
Contact Information supplied by our customers in the course of making a purchase is deleted from our systems once the purchase order has been processed to our customers complete satisfaction. We will not under any circumstances pass any information on to a third party or send e-mail that is not directly linked to the original enquiry.
Information that we are obliged to keep for accountancy purposes is kept for the legal length of time and is kept strictly private and confidential.
Once again details are never passed onto third parties.
We will gladly deal with any privacy enquiry.
